Roast Chicken Thighs

4 chicken thighs
1 onion - halved
2 carrots - large pieces
2 cloves garlic - mashed
1/2 red chili - diced
butter
olive oil
Fry chili and garlic with butter and olive oil in roasting tray.

Add onion, carrots and chicken thighs and fry until golden.

Put tray in oven and roast at 175°C for 30 mins.
