Paneer Curry

200g paneer - cubed
1 onion - diced
2 cloves garlic - mashed
3cm root ginger - diced
2tsp cumin
2tsp coriander powder
2tsp chilli powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp turmeric
1 can tomatoes
400ml water
4tbsp red lentils - rinsed
4tbsp natural yoghurt
Fry paneer until golden then set to one side.

Fry onions until soft then add garlic, ginger and spices.

Add tomatoes, water, lentils and paneer and simmer for 20mins.

Turn down heat and add yoghurt.

Serve with rice.
