Paneer & Lentil Curry

200g paneer - cubed
1 onion - diced
3 cloves garlic - mashed
3cm root ginger - diced
2tsp cumin
2tsp coriander powder
1tsp hot chilli powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp turmeric
1 can tomatoes
400ml water
3tbsp red lentils - rinsed
4tbsp crème fraiche
Fry paneer until golden.

Add onions, garlic and ginger and fry for a few minutes.

Add spices and fry for a minute.

Add tomatoes, water, lentils and paneer and simmer for 20mins.

Turn down heat and add crème fraiche.

Serve with rice.
