Soda Bread
320g plain flour
1tsp sodium bicarbonate
1tsp sea salt
300ml buttermilk
1tsp sodium bicarbonate

Mix flour, bicarbonate and salt.
Add buttermilk and mix gently with spoon then hand to soft sticky dough.
Knead gently on a floured work surface 2-4 times into a loose ball.
Lift onto baking sheet, press down gently and cut a cross on top.
Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes on a greased tray.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
