Chilli Con Carne

500g beef - minced
1 onion - chopped
1 red pepper - chopped
2 garlic cloves - mashed
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
400ml beef stock
1 tin tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tin red kidney beans - drained and rinsed
rice
crème fraîche
Fry beef.

Add onion, pepper, garlic and spices.

Add stock.

Add tomatoes and ketchup and simmer for half an hour.

Add beans and simmer for 10 mins.

Serve with rice and crème fraîche.
