Salmon Pasta
2 salmon fillets
1 onion - chopped
100g peas
150g crème fraîche
1/2 fish stock cube

Fry the salmon then break into small chunks.
Add the onion and fry until softened.
Make 100ml of stock with stock cube and add along with crème fraîche.
Mix cooked peas to cooked pasta with a knob of butter then mix in sauce and serve.
