Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings

1 kg chicken wings
30 g plain flour
salt & pepper
¼ teaspoon five spice
4 cloves garlic - crushed
3 spring onions - sliced
3 red chillies - sliced
Coat wings in flour, salt, pepper and five-spice.

Coat with oil and bake at 220°C for 20mins.

Add garlic, onions and chillis and bake for another 10mins.

Season with salt and pepper and soy sauce.
