Pita Bread

500g flour
450ml lukewarm water
10g salt
7g yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
Sieve flour and add yeast, sugar and salt.

Pour in the water a little bit at a time whilst mixing with dough hook until the dough forms an elastic ball.

Cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rise for about an hour.

Knead the dough, portion, and roll out to 1 cm thick.

Fry in a dry, non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes each side.
