Souvlaki

4 chicken breasts - diced
4 tbsps olive oil
1 lemon - juiced
2 cloves of garlic - minced
2 tbsps oregano

red onion
tomatoes
rice
tzatziki
pita bread
Mix chicken with marinade ingredients, cover with plastic wrap, and put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Thread chicken onto wet skewers.

Fry or grill for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve with red onion, tomatoes, rice, pita and tzatziki.
