Hard-boil eggs and chop.
Simmer haddock in water for 8 mins.
Drain off water and set both aside.
Fry onion in half of the butter.
Add curry powder then rice and the water.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add flaked haddock, eggs, parsley, lemon juice and remaining butter.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
