Fajitas

400g meat - strips
1 onion - diced
1 red pepper - strips
1 green pepper - strips
spice mix
sunflower oil
crème fraiche
cheddar - grated
tortillas
Marinate meat in spice mix and oil.

Heat wok until smoking, add meat and fry until browned.

Add onion, and peppers.

Heat tortillas one at a time in a dry frying pan.

Serve with crème fraiche and cheddar.
